We collect your name, email address and IP address for obvious verification and site security purposes.
In addition, your address and phone number should you decide to provide it.
In the case of art submissions any file you might decide to attach. Attachments are at your own risk and it is up to you to ensure they don’t include any personal information or meta data that you do not wish to share with us.
All information and attachments are deleted from our website on successful submission and mail to us via an encrypted SMTP mail server to be kept for future reference or dispose of at our own discretion.
Mailing List Subscriptions
We only collect your First and Last Name and Email Address.
We only will send you emails regarding important Gallery Notifications, Upcoming Exhibitions and Events Salon Ninety One is directly involved with.
We may also send you emails regarding previous art inquiries and information related to any of the Artists Salon Ninety One exclusively represent or collaborating with should we think it might be in your interest to do so.
You are free to unsubscribe at any time and your information will be permanently removed from our database.
